Orders are submitted to the SiteFlow API via a POST request with a structured JSON payload containing order, shipment and artwork details.
The integration uses HMAC-SHA256 authentication with specific headers including an authorisation token, date and algorithm.
The payload includes customer details, product SKU, quantity, shipment information, carrier details and artwork file URLs.
Artwork URLs are included in the payload and are fetched directly by SiteFlow during order processing.
Yes, each design must be manually imported and mapped to JONDO products within Order Desk.
